Privacy Notice.

The short, honest version — under India's DPDP Act.

   What we collect.

   Only what the story needs: the names and WhatsApp numbers of the people playing, and the anecdotes a gift-buyer shares so we can weave them in. On premium cases, photos — but only with the recipient's own opt-in (see below). Nothing else.

   What we use it for.

   Solely to create and run your one experience. We never sell your data, never use it for marketing without separate consent, and never use it to train AI models.

3. 03

   AI & your likeness.

   Our evidence images, voice notes and video are AI-generated and carry a visible label or spoken disclosure, as Indian law requires. We create AI media using a real person's face or voice only with that person's own direct, recorded consent. Photos supplied by a gift-buyer are held completely unused until the recipient personally replies YES PHOTOS on WhatsApp — if they decline, the photos are deleted.

   How long we keep it.

   Photos and generated media are deleted within 30 days of a case finishing. Chat records are deleted within 90 days — or immediately, the moment you ask.

5. 05

   Your rights (DPDP Act).

   You can withdraw consent, and ask us to show or delete the data we hold about you, at any time. Playing is consent given by messaging us first; you can end it — and trigger deletion — with a single STOP at any moment.

6. 06

   Consent, per person.

   The recipient consents by messaging ACCEPT to begin. Any friend written into a gift case consents separately by replying YES to our cameo message before they are ever named. We log each consent with its timestamp, and any friend can text STOP mid-story and is written out.

7. 07

   Age.

   Everyone we message directly is 18+. Children's gift cases run entirely through a parent's phone — the parent is the account holder and co-signs each day. We never message a minor's own number.

8. 08

   Who to contact.
