Change your mind before your case enters production? Full refund, no questions. Nothing has been made yet, so nothing is lost.

After personalization begins.
Once we start building your case — writing it around the names, anecdotes and details you gave us — it's a one-of-one thing made only for you. So we can't offer a change-of-mind refund after production starts. (We always tell you the moment production begins.)

Non-delivery or a defect — 100% back.
If we ever fail to deliver your experience, or something is genuinely defective or not as described, we fix it or refund it in full. That guarantee never expires.

Gift cases — if they never opt in.
A gift only begins when the recipient messages us first. If they never opt in within 30 days, you choose: we rewrite the case for a different recipient, or you get an 80% refund. You're never left with nothing.

How you're refunded.
Refunds go back to your original UPI or card payment, typically within 5–7 business days of us confirming the refund.

One-time payments only.
Every case is a single one-time payment. We never store your card to auto-renew, and we never charge you again without you starting a new order.

This policy sits on top of — never instead of — your rights under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How to ask.
Just message us on WhatsApp with your order and what's wrong. A human reads it and replies within 7 days — usually much sooner.
