Terms, Consent & Fair Play.

Plain language, because that's the point.

1. 01

   This is fiction.

   Every case, detective, agency, document, "evidence" image, voice note and video we send is an invented story created for entertainment. No crime is real. No accusation is real. Every person, company, bank, newspaper and police unit in our stories is invented. In gift cases, characters based on real people appear only with their permission and are affectionately fictionalized.

2. 02

   AI-generated content is labelled.

   Evidence images, voice notes and video are created with AI and carry a visible label or spoken disclosure, as Indian law requires. They are props in a story, nothing more.

3. 03

   Playing is always voluntary.

   An experience begins only when the player or recipient messages us first. Reply PAUSE to pause or STOP to end permanently, at any moment — the case closes instantly, no questions, and case data is deleted. Friends cast as characters in gift cases can also text STOP anytime and are written out.

4. 04

   Age & suitability.

   Buyers, players, recipients and participating friends must be 18+ (children's gift cases run entirely through a parent's phone). Our stories are tense but never gory or horror-toned.

5. 05

   Your data.

   We collect only what the story needs: names, WhatsApp numbers, and the anecdotes shared with us — used solely to create your one experience, never sold, never used for marketing without separate consent, never used to train AI. Photos and generated media are deleted within 30 days of a case closing; chat records within 90 days, or immediately on request.

6. 06

   Likeness consent.

   We create AI media using a real person's face or voice only with that person's direct, recorded consent. Photos supplied by a gift-buyer are held unused until the recipient personally opts in.

7. 07

   Payments & refunds.

   Payment via Razorpay (UPI/cards). Full refund if you cancel before your case enters production, or if we fail to deliver. Because every case is made once, we can't refund change-of-mind after production starts — but anything defective or not as described will be fixed or refunded. Gift cases: if the recipient never opts in within 30 days, choose a rewrite for another recipient or an 80% refund. One-time payments only; we will never auto-renew anything.

8. 08

   Our limits.

   The experience is provided as-is, for entertainment. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid. Nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. 09

   Don't misuse it.

   Cases may not be used to harass, prank a non-consenting person, or target someone who would be distressed. We cancel (refunding undelivered portions) if we believe this is happening.
